We collect very limited information. Specifically:

• Commercial Inquiries: When you ask to discuss a setup, we collect the contact and organization details you submit, such as your name, company, work email, phone number, team size, number of Odoo systems, current hosting, areas of interest, and message.
• Newsletter Subscribers: We collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. This is used solely to send you news and updates about Oduflow.
• Webinar Registrants: We collect the contact details and optional questions you provide so we can register you and send session information.

There is no user registration on oduflow.dev. To understand overall site traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that uses no cookies, performs no fingerprinting, does not track you across sites, and does not store your IP address or any other personal data.

3. Product Telemetry

Oduflow does not require a telemetry connection to operate and does not use telemetry as a license enforcement or remote shutdown mechanism. Where product telemetry is enabled, it is limited to operational events such as first run or environment creation, the Oduflow version, a generated instance identifier, and protected network metadata used for abuse prevention.

Optional agent feedback is disabled by default and may include a category, tool names, and the suggestion submitted by the user or agent. These channels are not intended to collect source code, database contents, filestores, credentials, Odoo records, or command output.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to commercial and technical inquiries.
• To prepare proposals and manage customer relationships.
• To register and communicate with webinar participants.
• To understand aggregate product adoption and improve Oduflow when telemetry or feedback is enabled.
• To send newsletter communications to subscribers.
